Today is market day! Come support your very own Burke County Public Schools Farmer's Market today at Southern Bank off of 6th Street. The farmer's will be there from 4-6 with great produce that goes quick!
We have some great farmers such as Pete Jackson, Lee Reeves, and Ogeechee Peaches who come every week to sell some great produce. Mr. Pete has everything from juicy melons to shelled and unshelled white acre peas, pink peas, zipper peas and so on! We also have Bootleg farms that churns fresh ice cream right at the market and a delicious homemade BBQ sauce from Glisson Farms!
