Preparing for the 2026–2027 School Year: Student Updates & Chromebook Pick-Up
Dear Parents and Guardians,
To ensure a successful school year and accurate records, we are launching our first-ever Current Student Information Update, Registration Support Labs, and Chromebook Distribution for the 2026–2027 school year.
📋 What You Need to Do
Please log in to PowerSchool to complete or verify your child’s Current Student Information Update: https://pschool.burke.k12.ga.us/guardian
Once your information is updated in the system, you will be cleared to pick up your student’s Chromebook at one of our Support Labs. Please note: Students will NOT receive their class schedules at Open House until this update is complete.
📅 Support Lab & Chromebook Pick-Up Schedule / Need Help?
Student Information System (SIS) Clerks will be available at each school to help you update your information in PowerSchool
and answer any questions. Please make plans to go to your child’s school during the dates and times listed below:
Blakeney Elementary: THIS WEEK
July 13-16 (8:00 am to 5:30 pm)Burke Co. Middle:

Already Completed the Update?
Great news! If you have already completed the online update, simply stop by your designated Support Lab. We will verify your name on our list and hand you a Clearance Ticket, which is required to pick up your child's Chromebook.
Important Dates:
Open House - All Schools: Friday, July 31 (4:00 pm - 7:00 pm)
First Day of School: Tuesday, August 4, 2026
