Welcome back to a brand new school year! My name is Scott Norton. I teach a very unique group of special students at Blakeney Elementary School. This is my 29th year as an educator. I absolutely love teaching. I have been blessed as I have taught many students as well as been taught by each of them. I am very excited to begin this new school year. I pray it will be the best year ever as a special education teacher here at BES!
