Welcome to Mrs. Saxon's 4th Grade Class

Hi there!

I am so glad to work with your child this year! My name is Erin Saxon and I have been teaching here at BES for 20 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, a Master's degree in Integrating Arts and Technology into Education, a Gifted in Field endorsement, and an English as a Second Language endorsement.

Over the past 10 years, in the classroom, I have specialized in Math Education. My hopes for the year is to make your child's learning more effective as well as meeting the needs of each child I teach.

In my home life, I have been married to my husband for 13 years. We have 2 children, Rubye Grace and Jase who attend Burke County Schools, as well. I have a love for the beach, planting, and I am very close to my family; both sides.
